How do you purify your pokemon when its says 'the door to its heart is about to open undo the last lock' so i keep calling the pokemon but it wont work all it keeps saying is' the pokemon failed to hear it' some body please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
